A new and exciting experience in "Paradise"
Courtenay is friendly, courteous, and extremely accomodating. She is very professional and effecient in guiding me through my travel decisions. She gives good, well-informed advice, if I need an answer or advice.
Courtenay guided me through arrangements for a trip last year; and because of her professional approach, I've, recently, planned a second trip through her.
She's terrific!

20th wedding anniversary trip
Excellent service. We appreciate her help with making sure our anniversary dinner was planned. This was our 20th anniversary and she made sure the hotel knew. For some unknown reason, the hotel employee acted like he didn't know about it, but we're sure she called to tell them. Also, when the hotel emailed that they would have construction near the wedding chapel, Courtenay made sure that the hotel management didn't place us near the construction.
We know we could book vacations online, but we prefer this personal service. She listens well and helps us make great decisions.

Informative, pleasant trip
We had a good experience using Courtenay Crockett as our agent. She was pleasant to work with, expertly provided us with needed information, and was attentive to details a our trip was organized and as changes in flight schedules were made. Through her, we asked Viking to bring us to Venice early for an "on our own" visit; she handled this well.
