Alex was very helpful in organizing a family cruise. He communicated well with all 10 family members in preparing for the trip and keeping everyone updated with any changes . He was timely in sending us information for the cruise. He was always pleasant and approachable.

Alex and his team is excellent. We are last minute travelers and he always gives great options on top of great service. Every trip we have scheduled have been great trips (no surprises) for the entire family.
